      I, Benjamin Davis of CC, being sick and weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
      To two eldest daughters Mary Cawood Harrison and Elizabeth Thorn Lyon, the property they were given at their marriage, viz; negroes, stock, and furniture, and appraised with my other personal property.
      To four youngest daughters, Sarah T. Davis, Cecelia A. Davis, Jane C. Davis and Lucinda Davis the same amount in negroes, stock and furniture to make equal with my two eldest daughters.

      I, Jane Catharine Davis of CC, being sick and weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
      To niece Elizabeth Davis Lyon, all my right and interest in the real estate left me by my deceased father Benjamin Davis.
      To sister Cecelia Ann Davis, all the rest and residue of my estate during her natural life and out of which she shall pay unto the vestry of Trinity Parish 3 dollars annually to be applied to the support of a minister, and after her death, 50 dollars to be invested and the interest to be applied toward the support of a minister.
      Item: all the rest and residue of my estate unto my nephews and nieces equally.
