      Know ye that we for and in consideration that Thomas Bell of this Province, Planter, hath due unto him one hundred acres of land within this Province for Transporting himself and his wife Elizabeth in Anno 1659 into this Province here to inhabit as appears on record. And, upon such considerations and terms as are exprefsed in our Conditions of Plantation of our Province of Maryland, do grant unto the s'd Thomas Bell a parcel! of land called Bell's Haven lying in Ann Arrundel County upon a creek called Befson's Creek. Begins at a bound Popler upon Befson's Creek

      L22/94 SR7363. By Virtue of a Speciall Warrant granted to Richard Bell and his wife Elizabeth dated 11/28/1682 to resurvey a parcel of land called Bell's Haven lying in Ann Arundell County on the north side of the South River these presence are to certify that I in a humble manner have laid out and resurveyed the aforesaid parcell as follows, beginning at a bounded White Oak standing in a swamp. Surveyor 's Note: "Formerly
      laid out for 100 acres but now for fifty five acres by reason that the lines of the first survey run into the land of a more ancient survey."
