      I, Cecilia Dyson of CC, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
      Item: Negroes Maria and her young children be sold to pay off debts.
      To nephew Bennet Dyson, 200 dollars.
      To Judith E. Dyson, negro Douglas.
      To niece Elizabeth Adams, negro Betty.
      Item: in case of the dealth of both Judith E. Dyson and Elizabeth Adams, then negroes to Cecelia Ann Speake and Thomas John Speake.
      To sister Sophia Speake, all the rest and residue of my property consisting of 7 negroes herein after named, household and kitchen furniture. And at her death property divided as follows; to niece Cecelia Ann Speake negroes Basil, Nancy and her two children Basil and Alexander and household furniture. And to Thomas John Speake, negroes Milly, Sandy and Rebecca.
