To brother John J. Hanson and my sister Charlotte Hanson, 220 dollars in trust for my brother Thomas M. Hanson and the rest and residue of my estate.

I, Charlotte Hanson of CC, being of sound mind, memory and understanding;
brother John Josias Hanson, all my right title interst and claim in tract "Hanson Hill" willed by my grandfather to my father. Also all my negroes and personal estate and paying the following legacies.
To brother Thomas M. Hanson, 150 dollars.
To brother William Hanson, 100 dollars.
To John Fendall Beall, son of Samuel H. Beall Esqr. 40 dollars.
