At the request of Henry Anderson the following Deed was recorded August 11, 1801
Indenture made August 7, 1801; John Johnson Sothoron and Ann Sothoron his wife in consideration of 115 pounds 5 shillings current money of Maryland paid by Henry Anderson have sold a parcel of land, Lot No. 6, being part of "Loving Brothers", and part of "Sothoron's Discovery" and laid out for 115 acres and 1 rod and binding on Lot No. 4, Lot No. 5 and the part of "Loving Brothers" formerly deeded to Parnham. Signed John Johnson Sothoron, Ann Sothoron in the presence of and acknowledged before Alexander McPherson, Ignatius Middleton
August 7, 1801; Ann Sothoron wife of John Johnson Sothoron relinquished her right of dower.

At the request of James Campbell & John Ritchie the following Deed was recorded January 24, 1810
Indenture made January 24, 1810; Henry Anderson in consideration of $5000 current money of United States paid by James Campbell and John Ritchie of the city of Baltimore have sold tracts lying in CC called "Sinclair" containing 200 acres and "Recompence" containing 25 acres, and another tract lying in St. Mary's County, Maryland called "Segby" containing 227 acres that Henry Anderson is seized and possessed of and estate for life only, Negroes Esther (20 yrs.), George (17 yrs.), Horatio (19 yrs.), Frederick (21 yrs.), Charles (20 yrs.), Townley (13 yrs.), Henry (8 yrs.) and Nancy (12 yrs.) and 40 head of black cattle. Signed Henry Anderson in the presence of and acknowledged before Thomas Rogerson, Samuel Ogden.
{Ed: in 1696 "Sinclair" was possessed by John Anderson (100 acres) and Thomas Taney (100 acres)}.
