Jan. 1, 1823 - The Prince George's Co., Md. will of Oliver Barron, probated July 22, 1823, bequeaths to:
1. Elizabeth Barron--wife
--to have all the testator's personal estate and real estate for the term of 10 years after testator's death and at the end of 10 years the estate to be sold and the money from the estate to be divided with her to have a child's portion.
2. Elizabeth Tilley--grandaughter
--at the end of 10 years to have one third of a chid's portion of the money from the sale of the estate.
3. Mary A. Barron--daughter
--to have Negro girl Margaret over and above her share of the remainder of the estate in order to educate her
--testator's daughters married and unmarried to have a child's portion of the remainder of the estate at the end of 10 years.
4. Ninian B. Barron--son
Oliver Barron--son
Henry Barron--son
--to have an equal share of the remainder of the estate with the other children.
5. Zachariah Barron--son
Samuel Barron--son
--to have an equal share with the testator's other children of the remainder of the estate if they should settle the bonds that the testator is security for and not to injure the testator as a security.
--Zachariah named executor along with the testator's widow.
Witnesses: Samuel Phillips, George Page, Thomas Harvey.
Note: the testator signed the will in his own hand.
