      Unto my sonne Sutton Rueny the whole divident of land that I now live on and my wife his mother to live there during hir life. I give him my mare with all hir future increase, also two cows, one flock bedd with furniture, one new gunn, with a pott and pestle and two breeding Bowes when he shall come to seaventeen yeares of adge.
      Unto my daughter Anne Rueny two cowes, one foale that now sucks.
      Unto my daughter Eliz: two yearling old heifers.
      All the rest of my household stuffe unto my wife Anne Rueeny.
