      Charles, 2d Lord Baltimore to Thomas Wilcoxon, of Prince George's County, Maryland:

      July the 11th, 1723, Mary Wilcoxon was born, being of a Thursday abt. 12 of the Clock in the day.
      Thomas Wilcoxon was born April the 23, 1725, being Friday abt. 7 o'clock in the morning.
      Josias Wilcoxon was born in March the 26th, 1727, being Sunday about mid-night.
      Elener Wilcoxon was born May the 14th, 1729, being Wednesday about 12 o'clock in the day.
      John Wilcoxon was born the 30th of August, 1732, being on Wednesday abt. 4 o'clock in the morning.
      July the 14th, 1734, Volinder Wilcoxon was born, being on Sunday in the evening.
      January the 10th, 1736, William Wilcoxon was born on Saturday, at 10 o'clock of the morning.

      Conn of Prince Georges County Planter of the one part and Thomas
      Wilcoxon of Prince Georges County Planter of the other Part Whereas
      the said Thomas Wilcoxon did in May Term last Past before the Date
      hereof upon a Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post recover by Common
      Recovery against the said Hugh Conn One hundred Acres of Plantable
      Land lying and being on the North side of Rock Creek in Frederick County
      being Part of a Tract of Land Called Joseph Park Devised unto him
      by the last Will and Testament of Hugh Conn his late Father
      Deceased with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging as in and by the said
      Recovery remaining of Record in the Provincial Court of the Province of
      Maryland at Annapolis Relation being thereunto had may more fully
      appear Now this Indenture witnesseth and it is hereby declared that the
      true Intent and Meaning of the said Hugh Conn and of all the Parties
      to the said Recovery and to these Presents was before and at the time of
      the said Recovery and yet is for touching and Concerning the said Land
      and Premisses with the Appurtenances and every Part thereof whereof
      the said Recovery was had and Executed as aforesaid That the said Recovery
      and the Execution thereof should and shall be and Enure and be
      Construed Adjudged deemed and taken to be and enure and are hereby
      Covenanted Granted agreed and declared and the true Intent and Meaning

      their Act and Deed by them executed to and for the Uses and Purposes
      therein mentioned and Declared and also Came Elenor the Wife of
      the said Hugh Conn who being privately Examined out of the Hearing
      of her Husband did willingly and freely acknowledge the within
      Deed and give up her Right of Dower of the Land and Premisses
      within mentioned and without being induced thereto by fears or
      threats of or ill Usage by her Husband or fear of his Displeasure In

      To all People to whom this Present writing Shall Come Joseph Pommitt of Prince Georges County in the province of Maryland Merchant Send Greeting Know ye that I the Said Joseph Pommitt well for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Currant money as also the Naturall Love and Affection I have and bear unto Solomy Talburt of the County and Province aforesd as also Divers other good Causes and Considerations to me at Presents Especially Moving I have given Granted aliend Confirmed and made over and by these Presents doe give Grant alien Confirm and makeover unto the said Solomy Talburt her heirs and Assigns forever Part of a Tract of Land Called Forrest formerly Surveyed for Thomas Wilcoxon but Now is in the Possession of Joseph Pommitt Lying and being Situate in Prince Georges County (land description not included, see deed) Containing One hundred & thirty Two & a half acres of Land more or Less to have & to hold the said Parcell of Land and Premises with all and Singular the Profits Advantages & Commodities to the same Belonging or in any wise Appertaining unto her the Said Solomy Talburt her heirs & Assigns for ever to her and their proper use and Behoof freely and Quietly without any Manner of Claim or Demand Trouble or Molestation of me the Said Joseph Pommitt or without any money or other things to be Yealed paid or done unto me the said Joseph Pommitt my heir Exrs Admrs or Assigns and I the said Joseph Pommitt for myself and my heirs the Said Parcell of Land and Premises unto the said Solomy Talburt and her heirs as aforesd against me the Said Joseph Pommitt my heirs Exrs Admrs or Assigns I shall and will for Ever Warrant and Defend in Testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixt my Seal this 12th day of November in the year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred and fifty Nine Signed Sealed and Delivered in the

      To all Christian People to whom this present writing Shall Come I Thomas Wilcoxon of Prince Georges County in the province of Maryland Send Greeting Know Ye that I the Said Thomas Wilcoxon as well for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Current money of Maryland to me in hand paid as for the Natural Love and Affection which I have And do bear unto my Sister in Law Lydia Summers of the Said County & Province aforesaid Widow and also unto her Daughter Mary Summers of the Said County Spinster and for other Good Causes and Considerations me there unto Moving have Granted Aliened Confirmed and made over and by these Presents do Give Grant alien Confirm and make over to the Said Lydia Summers during her Natural Life that tract of Land Called Coxons Rest Situate in Prince Georges County aforesaid lying near a Tract of Land formerly Surveyed for John Dickeson (See Deed for land description) Containing and Laid Out for one hundred acres of Land be the Same More or Less together with all and Singular The Rights Priviledges and Appurtances and said Dwelling houses Out houses fences Orchards Easments Priviledges Profits and Advantages whatsoever to the aforesaid Land and Premises is belonging or in Any wise Appurtaining To Have and to Hold all and Singular the forementioned Land and premises is unto the Said Lydia Summers during her Natural Life and after her Death then the aforesaid Land and Premises with Appurtenances to be the Right and Property of her Said Daughter Mary Summers and to her heirs for Ever But in Case the Said Mary Summers should Die without Issue Lawfully begotten then the Same Land and Premises to be The Right of my Son Levin Wilcoxon and his heirs forever freely and Quietly without any Manner of Challenge Claim or Demand of Me the Said Thomas Wilcoxon or of any other person or persons for me in my name or by my Cause Consent or Precurement and I the said Thomas Wilcoxon all and Singular the aforementioned Land and Premises to them the Said Lydia Summers and Mary her Daughter and the heirs of her Body Lawfully Begotten against Me my heirs or assigns Shall and Will Warrant and for ever Defend by these presents In Witness Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this fifth day of May in the Year of Our Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty two

June 27, 1751; Memorandum that on the special petition of John Tolson prefrerred to the justices of Prince George's County, Maryland on the 4th Tuesday in June in the 35th year of his Lordship commission the Right Hon. the Lord Proprietory Dominion etc., his Lordship commission issued by order of the justices aforesaid out of the county aforesaid on the 8th day of August Anno Domine 1749. In these words following, Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Province of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore Vizt; to Messrs John is, George Fraser, Zachariah Wade and Thomas Dawson of PGCo gentleman, whereas John Tolson is seized of three parcels called "Stoke", "Hutton Lockrice" and "Manchester" and preferred his petition in writing to our county court held at Upper Marlborough Town before Edward Sprigg gentleman and his associates then and still justices within our county to examine evidence to prove and perpetuate the memory of the bounds of the said tracts of land.       Prince George's County, June 21, 1751; being now a valid and white oak standing on the west side of tinkers branch some small distance below an old bridge on a main road that formally went from Col. Thomas Addison's to the "Woodyard", Thomas Wilcoxon Sr., aged about 55 years first sworn declares that old James Bonifant told him that the aforesaid white oak which the deponent now has his hand on was the beginning tree of a tract called "Manchester" and this deponent further said.       Prince George's County, June 21, 1751; being now and a bounded hickory standing near a little branch that runs into Henson Branch and near a tract called "Matox Folly" [recorded 1675 as "Madducks Folly" in Patent Record 15, p. 262], Thomas Wilcoxon and aged about 55 years first sworn declares that about 55 years ago Col. Thomas Addison came to within 75 feet of the aforesaid hickory and declared that a bounded Spanish oak which is now down and rotten but some part thereof to be seen was the beginning tree of a tract formally belonging to Jonah Greenfield called "Hutton Lockrice" and this deponent further saith not.       Prince George's County, June 21, 1751; being now at a bounded white oak which is now blown down on the north side of the little branch that runs into Henson Branch, Thomas Wilcoxon and aged about 55 years after being sworn declares that some time ago by the directions of Thomas Fletchall he came to the aforesaid branch and found a small white oak bounded and sometime after came to the same tree as aforesaid and the balance was cut out which killed the aforesaid bounded white oak in the deponent further said that Thomas Fletchall told him that he had bounded another white oak that stood within 10 foot of the aforesaid white oak which afterwards this deponent found and said it was the beginning tree of the aforesaid Thomas Fletchall's tract of land and sometime after this deponent declares that he did agree with Maj.       Prince George's County, June 21, 1751; being a bounded hickory standing there a little branch there into Henson Branch and near a tract called "Matox Folly", John Dawson aged about 44 years after being sworn declare that some years ago there was some dispute between his father Nicholas Dawson and Joanah Greenfield about a tract of land belonging to Joanah Greenfield and that Thomas Addison came to a Spanish oak within 2 yards of the bounded hickory and declared it to be the beginning tree track belonging to Mrs. Joanah Greenfield and this deponent further saith that the aforesaid Spanish oak always had been deemed to be the beginning tree of the tract of land belonging to Mr. Jonah Greenfield and this deponent further saith not.       Prince George's County, June 21, 1751; being now at a bounded red oak standing on the south side of a little branch that runs into Henson Branch, Thomas Wilcoxen, aged 55 years after being sworn declares that about 29 years ago this deponent did agree with Major John Bradford for 100 acres part of a tract called "Stoke" to lay out beginning at the red oak but this deponent relinquished and Major John Bradford sold the whole tract to Mr John Levitt and this deponent further saith not.
