      Indenture made June 26, 1754; Benedict Calvert, Esq, of the City of Annapolis in consideration of 5 shillings as also in consideration of the rents and covenants hereafter mentioned hath granted to farm let unto Samuel Luckett, Jr., part of a tract called "Seamans Delight" now in the possession of Benedict Calvert but leased and in the occupation of Hugh Conn, Isaac Lemaster and Abraham Lemaster for and during the natural lives of Samuel Luckett Jr., Elizabeth Luckett his wife and John Boone Luckett his son, paying yearly the rent of 17 pounds sterling money of Great Britain on or before the 25th day of March next ensuing for and during the continuance and duration of the terms herein before mentioned. And Samuel Luckett doth likewise oblige himself to plant an orchard of 100 apple trees on his part of the above lands within a space of 3 years from this date Signed Benedict Calvert, Samuel Luckett, Jr., in the presence of and acknowledged before Mordecai Jacob, Thomas Hodgkin {mm: "Seaman Delight contained in the whole 201 acres, and which Hugh Conn, Isaac Lemaster and Abraham Lemaster leased 100 acres and Samuel Luckett, Jr. the other 101 acres.}

      Indenture made February 13, 1778; Thomas Boone, planter in consideration of the yearly rent and covenants hereinafter mentioned and on behalf of Richard Jameson has demised and to farm let all that plantation with the wood land adjacent consisting of 125 acres and being part of a tract called "Seamans Delight" lately occupied by Nathan Harris and beginning at the end of the 1st line of Francis Wheeler's part of said tract. To have and to hold from March 25th next during the term of Elizabeth Luckett and John Boone Luckett paying yearly unto Thomas Boone the yearly rent of 6 pounds common money at or upon March 25.
