consideration of their marriage, William Overett deeded his daughter-in-law, Frances Rowland ?alias
Brown 400 acres of land, which had been granted to him in 1658 (and re-granted in 1661); however, if it
were mortgaged or leased without Overett’s consent, or die without an heir, it returned to Overett. [NOT
A FEE SIMPLE DEED.
