      consideration of their marriage, William Overett deeded his daughter-in-law, Frances Rowland ?alias
      Brown 400 acres of land, which had been granted to him in 1658 (and re-granted in 1661); however, if it
      were mortgaged or leased without Overettís consent, or die without an heir, it returned to Overett. [NOT
      A FEE SIMPLE DEED.

If Frances died it went to Brown for life and reverted to Overed. If mortgaged or leased without Overedís consent, it reverted. NOT A FEE
