      Know all men by these presents that I TERUIAH BORDON of the Parish of Frederick and county of Frederick, Colony of Virginia, Widow .. that whereas my Husband, BENJAMIN BORDON, was in his life time and at the time of his death .. of fee of & in several tracts of land in Colony aforesaid, and also some land in New Jersey and being thereof seized made his last will and testament in Writeing bearing date the 3rd day of April 1742 .. and therein .. among other things did declare it to be his will all lands and estates in New Jersey should be sold, and all lands at Bulshin, and his lands on Smith's Creek, and North Shennando and all his entries every where .. all lands on the waters of James River, and all the rest to be sold, excepting 5000 acres of land that is all good, and except the land he then lived on, and did constitute .. his wife, the said Teruiah Bordon, Executrix, and his son, Benjamin Bordon, and his son in law, William Finley, Executors of the said will ..
