Monongalia Co.:12 – 1792, District Court, Monongalia Co.:GEORGE KELLER, William and Hannah Wilson summoned to testify in behalf of Hugh McNeely in the case of Joseph Wilson and wife, plaintiff, against Hugh McNeely and wife in a slander suit pending, 3/15/1792. Joseph Wilson and Ann his wife complained of Hugh McNeely that McNeely used slanderous and lying words (adultery) against said Ann. Four pounds damages for the plaintiff.
