      27 Nov John Peasly (AA) exhibited that Richard Moss (AA) made a will, constituting his wife Elizabeth Moss as executrix. Said Elizabeth is now dec’d before the probate of the will. John Peasly, who married a daughter of the dec’d, was granted administration for the orphans. Appraisers: William Hopkins, William Jones. Dr. Henry Lewis to administer oath.

      Richard Moss (AA) son of Richard Moss, Sr. (AA) exhibited his renunciation of the administration of his father’s estate.

      Said Richard Sr. constituted his wife Elisabeth as executrix. Capt. Richard Hill (AA) was to prove will. Said Elisabeth is since dec’d. Said Richard has renounced administration on estates of his father & mother, and assigns to his brother-in-law John Peasley. Date: 1 January 1676. Witnesses: John Peasley & James Orurke (Orrick).
