      25 acres and being part of a tract called “Londee”; and another tract called “Cabridge” containing 26
      acres and being part of a tract called “Londee” binding on land now in possession of Edward Holmes
      and the west side of the road that leads to Upper Marlborough Town and on the south side a small
      branch that runs into Collington. Signed Garrad Fitzgerald in the presence of John Hepburn, John
      Gibson and acknowledged before John Hepburn and at the same time Rachel Fitzgerald wife of
      Garrad Fitzgerald relinquished her right of dower.

      on the south side and near the head of a small branch that runs into Collington. Further the said
      James Wardrop does covenant and agree to and with Alexander Campbell that he will warrant and
      defend the aforesaid land and premises against Alexander Fraser, attorney of PGCo, his heirs and

      Indenture made May 31, 1784; between Richard Peach and Sarah Peach his wife, Zadock Moore and Rachel Moore his wife of PGCo which Sarah and Rachel are coheirs in tail of Edward Holmes, late of PGCo, deceased of one part and Basil Beall and John W. Brashears, Gentleman of the other part. Whereas
      Edward Holmes late of PGCo, deceased grandfather to the said Edward Holmes did by his last will and testament [dated 19th Sept., 1736] did bequeath: "To my wife Martha, 1/3 of "Plummer's Pleasure" during her natural life life, at her decease to grandson Edward Holmes and his heirs.
      To grandson Edward Holmes and his heirs the residue, of the afsd. tract, he dying without issue to pass to his youngest sister Elizabeth Holmes, she dying without issue to Rachel Holmes and so on."
      And whereas Richard Peach and Sarah Peach his wife, Zadock Moore and Rachel Moore his wife are now seized and possessed in tail in the aforesaid tract of land and have sold the same with other lands hereafter for the price of 475 pounds current money mentioned to Basil Beall and John Walker Brashear. Now this indenture witnesseth that Richard Peach and Sarah Peach his wife, Zadock Moore and Rachel Moore his wife in consideration of this aforesaid sum of money paid by Basil Beall and John Walker Brashear have sold the aforesaid tract of land called "Plummers Pleasure" containing 135 acres and beginning at the northeast corner tree of "Lundy" [Londee] and "Cuckholds Delight" and bounded by the northwest corner red oak tree of "Mount Pleasant"; and also the adjoining tract called "Addition to Plummers Pleasure" containing 46 acres.
