Robert Covert d 1757 married to a Charity
the general concensus is that Charity is the d/o John Gray and Anne Chapman
I have this Anne Chapman as the d/o Richard Chapman d 1685 & Barbary Henley d 1712
Anne Chapman married John Sutcliff about 1701
then married John Gray in 1745 as mentioned in John Sutcliff's 1745 estate accounts.
John Gray mentions a daughter Charity in his 1760 will, but does not clarify if Charity is of age or married.
If Anne was the mother of Charity then Anne Chapman was was about 60 yrs old in 1745
does someone have any records to proof this relationship?
Do I have the correct parents for Anne Chapman?
