      - Edward Stratton and Ann, his wife, of Henrico county
      - James Parham and Rachell, his wife, of Isle of Wight County
      - and Abraham Jones and Sarah, his wife, of Prince George county
      WHEREAS: HENRY BATTE, DECEASED, OF PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, did, by his last Will and Testament give and bequeath a certain tract of land in Prince George county, In Bristol Parish, containing 1200 acres, to be equally divided between his five daughters, VIZT.,
      - MARY, wife of John Poythress Sr.,
      - ELIZABETH, wife of William Ligon
      - ANN, wife of Edward Stratton
      - RACHELL, wife of James Parham
      - and SARAH, wife of Abraham Jones
      - WE, the above, have by our mutual consent, free will, etc., divided the said land and taken our several lots and parts (gives bounds and acreages) et.,
