Thomas Talburt of PGC, recorded 10 Jan. 1755, made 18 Dec. 1754 between Eleanor Bell, widow of John Bell, taylor, deceased. and John Hoskinson of FC, for 10,000 Ibs. tob.. tract called the "Resurvey on the Grove." on the west side of the West Paint Branch, and mouth of a branch called Halls Branch. containing 57 acres: likewise part of the said tract beginning at 20 perches of the NW line of William Willson's land. part of the said tract, M&B given for 189 acres, to be held of Calverton Manor: signed Eleanor Bell, John Hoskinson before John Smith Prather, Charles Jones; Eleanor Beall widow of John Bell and John Hoskinson acknowledged deed, and likewise, Eleanor wife of the said John Hoskinson, released dower right.
