      Indenture made February 20, 1788; Josias Beall of PGCo in consideration of the tobacco by him heretofore received for rents of a tract called "Lonehead" and further consideration of 5 shillings sterling paid by Cassandra White of Montgomery County, Maryland, Charity Magruder of PGCo and Hester Moxly of Fairfax County Virginia, being daughters of James Beall, deceased has sold all his right title and claim to the aforesaid tract lying near Bladensburg granted by patent bearing date May 20, 1724 unto James Beall grandfather of the said Josias Beall. Signed Josias Beall in the presence of and acknowledged before Fielder Bowie, Robert Bowie
