Bill of Sale, I, William Hudson {Hodgson} of CC, do assign to Archibald Johnson of CC, for 60 £of such money as the law prescribes, which money is to be paid to the orphans of Benjamin Adams decd as soon as they come of age to demand it, for that sum or more, the afd Archibald Johnson and Thomas Adams entered jointly into bond for to the Commissary of CC, for which I deliver 1 Negro woman and her child to sd Archibald Johnson.
