Apr 2, 1790 from William Robinson of CC, to Leonard Adams of CC, for the yearly rent of 900 lbs of tobacco "with per cent of cash" commencing next Dec 25, the lease of all that part of a tract of land called Robinsons Tryall, lying in CC, containing about 108 acres, during the natural lives of sd Leonard Adams and Mary Adams, his wife.
