      Indenture made April 4, 1767; Henry Davis, planter and Susannah Davis his wife as also on behalf of William Berry and Rebecca Berry his wife and Manassa Lyles and Elizabeth Lyles his wife by virtue of a letter of attorney duly executed bearing date September 16th last, for and in consideration of 5 shillings paid by Henry Rozer, Gentleman and also for other good causes and considerations him thereunto moving has sold by these presents all that part of a tract called "Lamsley" conveyed by John piles unto Francis Hudson in 1732 and beginning at a bound red oak standing in the fork of Tinkers Branch of Potomack containing 50 acres.       Indenture made March 30, 1793; Henry Davis, carpenter and joiner in consideration 35 pounds current money paid by Andrew Beall has sold a tract called "Wilsons Addition" containing 35 acres and lying on the west side of the Beaverdam Branch of the Eastern Branch of Potomac River which was formerly purchased from Thomas Wilson, carpenter and Mary Wilson his wife and Thomas Wilson their son by deed bearing date February 29, 1727/8, and beginning at the northeast corner tree of "Thomas and Mary".
