Indenture made September 14, 1785; William Tyler, planter in consideration of 810 pounds currency paid by Elizabeth Wilson, planter has sold part of a tract called "Bealls Gift" containing 100 acres and beginning at a stone standing on the north line at the northwest corner of Alexander Duvall's part of said land. Signed William Tyler in the presence of and acknowledged before Thomas Boyd, James Mullikin and at the same time Frances Tyler wife of William Tyler relinquished her right of dower
