-to have part of testator's tract of land beginning at the marked hickory on the manor line at the mouth of a lane from thence to a marked white oak on a knoll near I Ienry Walker's line
2. Thomas Bryan --son
-to have another part of testator's tract of land beginning at the white oak on the knoll near Henry Walker's line where George Bryan's line is thence.
- to a marked sweet gum tree near the quarter branch and thence up a valley to a marked Poplar and from there with a straight line to Edward Lanham's line
--the land which Lanham purchased from Ball.
3. Richard Bryan --son
-to have the rest and residue of testator's land
-named executor of the will
4. Drucilla Clarvoe
-to have 1/2 of a child's portion of the remainder of the estate on the condition that she stays until testator's daughters come of age
5. Amelia Bryan --daughter
Rachel Bryan --daughter
-remainder of the personal estate to be divided among all of testator's children and testator's son Richard to keep in his hands all that part of the estate left to Amelia and Rachel and to divide it between them when they come of age and then to be divided between them

Indenture made October 7, 1784; Benjamin Jameson and Sarah Jameson and his wife of Charles County, Maryland in consideration of 504 pounds current money has sold unto Richard Bryan of PGCo a tract called "Pinner" containing 168 acres lying in PGCo and beginning at the 2nd boundary of "Locust Thickett". Signed Benjamin Jameson, and Sarah Jameson (and who relinquished her right of dower) in the presence of and acknowledged before Samuel Hanson, Jr., Hoskins Hanson (JPs of Charles County, Maryland)
