      "being Sick and weak in Body .. "
      Bequeaths to:
      1. Phillip Snowden --son
      -to have the southernmost end or part of "Duvall's Delight" lying in Annie Arundel County to he laid off -by a straight line drawn from the end of the 4th course of-the said part of the tract to the end of the 33'' course cont. 200 acres
      -to have a tract of land called "Reserve" cont. 93 acres and adjoining "Duvall's Delight" -the land and mill where Phillip now dwells being already deeded to him
      2. Samuel Snowden --son
      -to have all of testator's lot or parcel of land whereon testator's dwelling bouse was burnt lying and being part of "Bermingham Manor" cont. 1113 acres
      -to have all household furniture of every kind w/ all stock of cattle_ sheep, and hogs 4 working horses with the wagons, carts and all other plantation utensils
      -Phillip and Samuel to divide between them all of testator's third part of a lot or parcel of land being "Patuxent Forge" w/ all property on the said lot
      -whereas testator is entailed to one third part of the said lot from testator's father then to be divided between testator's sons
      -to have all of testators lots in the city of Washington to be divided between them as per value
      -to retain in their hands a sum of 50 pounds to finish the building of the house where Phillip now dwells and also a sum not to exceed 500 pounds for the purpose of being laid out and expended on materials for refitting testator's late dwelling house wbich was burnt and which was left to Samuel
      -Samuel to have the remainder of the personal estate for the purpose of dividing it among all of testator's children herein mentioned
      -Samuel and Phillip manned executors of the will

      -to have a parcel of land lying on the Piney Branches in Prince George's County being part of "Bermingham Manor" cont 2491 acres and to be divided between them by a line drawn from the end of 221 perches on the given line of testator's lot and across the lot to intersect the end of the 25th line thereof--the northernmost part of the lot thus d cont. 1280 acres
      -Ann to have the southernmost part of the land cont. 1208 acres
      -Henrietta to have a parcel of land called The Resurvey on Martins Fancy" cont. 50 acres, part of a tract of land called "Piney Grove" cont. 14 acres, part of a tract of ]and called "Maple Swamp" cont. 9 acres making the whole given to her cont. 1354 acres-- these lesser tracts adjoin each other mid are near to that part of"Berminghain Manor" given to her
      4. Mary Cowman --daughter
      -to have all of testator's lot of land being testator's Part of a tract of land called
      The Second Part of Snowden's 'lntent" lying in Anne Arundel County and cont. 447 acres being the land where Joseph Cowman now dwells and conveyed to her by deed sometime ago

      -to have all of testator's lot or parcel of land being part of a tract of land lying in Anne Arundel County called "Trusty Friend" cont. by deed 690 acres.

      -to have all the lot or parcel of land being testator's part of "Bermingham Manor" lying. in Anne Arundel County and cont. 1335 acres to be divided between them with a line drawn from the end of the 8th course of the lot . to intersect the 65'1' course of the lot
      with the northernmost part cont. 855 acres to Elizabeth and the southernmost part to -Rachel to have all the remaining part of "Duvall's Delight cont. 387 acres

      Codicil to the will:
      1. Samuel Snowden --son
      -whereas testator has paid considerable sumns of money towards the finishing of the dwelling house devised to Samuel, now executors are to retain in their hands the sum of 250 pounds for completing and finishing the dwelling house
      -testator's land lying in the state of Virginia and cont. 950 acres which was lately taken for a debt due testator from William Deakins, of George--the land is to be divided among all of testator's ehildren
