      Indenture made January 28, 1752; William Deakins in consideration of 36 money of Great Britain paid by Joseph Sim has sold two tracts called "Brooke Discovery" and "Hazard" formerly in the possession of John Deakins father to the aforesaid William Deakins and purchased by him of John Brooke and whereon his dwelling house stood now in possession of William Deakins containing 96 acres excepting and reserving out of the two tracts acre of ground for a burial place where John Deakins father William Deakins is now buried.
