Indenture made February 9, 1792; Edward Harding, planter of Montgomery County, Maryland in consideration of 69 pounds current money paid by Thomas Owen Williams of PGCo has sold part of a PGCo tract called "Good Luck" containing 10 ΒΌ acres and bounded by Thomas Butler's part of said tract. Signed Edward Harding in the presence of and acknowledged before George French, Charles Magruder (JP's of Montgomery County, Maryland and certified by B. Beall, clerk) and at the same time Ann Harding w/o Edward Harding relinquished her right of dower
