-to have 1 feather bed and furn

-to have Negro girl "Stacy" and Negro boy "Jacob"
-to have 1 horse, sulkey and 1 feather bed and furn., 1 cow and calf, 6 chairs. I table and 1 pot
-to have the use of testator's land called "Stoney Harbor" for her single life

-testator orders that the money due to testator by a bond from Ranter for 90 pounds for Negro "Peg" and her 2 sons to be paid to Alexander Hamilton on account of a debt due him on account of Susanna Thorn's estate by testator's bond to him
10. Alexander Hamilton of Piscataway
-to give his assistance to testator's widow and children in settling testator's estate and desires that tract of land called "Hunter's Folly" to be sold and the money from the sale to pay debts

Note: the testator signed the will in his own hand
Then came: Mary Wade. widow and renounced her right to the bequests of the will and elected to take her thirds of the estate both real and personal. Signed by her with her mark

Indenture made April 2, 1791; Richard Croake and Elizabeth Croake his wife in consideration of the sum of 70 guineas paid by Henry Rozer have sold their right to the land lying on and near Broad Creek late the property of Edward Magruder, deceased called "Carrick Fergus". Signed Richard Croake, Elizabeth Croake (and relinquished her dower) in the presence of and acknowledged before Wm Baker, Thomas Claggett
