Whereas Josias Holland devised to Joel Holland in his will, two parcels of land; which on 10 August 1779 he sold to Sarah Walter (A:425). This confirms deed from heir at law. Zachariah Waters recorded 25 July 1796 agreement with Nicholas Ridgely Warfield regarding tract called Errors Corrected, surveyed 9 November 1792 which included a vacancy and part of tract Conclusion, laid out for Joel Holland by William Waters for 10 acres, in the line of a tract called Brother's Range. In order to settle a dispute concerning the lines of the resurvey they agreed to a boundary line. Signed Ridgely Warfield, Zachariah Waters before Joshua Purdum, Hezekiah Veatch.
