      To Ruth Sutton, wife of Joseph Sutton, 100 A. called Collasson Choice, lying on the east side of Newport Branch, after her father's and mother's decease.
      To Elizabeth Denton, 100 A., pt. of 'Collassons Choice' on the west side of Newport Branch, and likewise, "James' Beginning," containing 50 A., and that her husband shall not sell or mortgage during her life.
      To Henry Quine, 100 A., pt. of "Falke's Range," and Blackwolfe Neck.
      To son Walter James, plantation where I live of 100 A., pt. of "Falke's Range, and "Blackwolfe Neck," but if in case son Walter shd. die before of age, then to Henry Quine, son to him.
      To dau. Priscilla James, 100 A., pt. of "Felke's Ranges" and Black Wolf Neck," and Henry Quine and my son Walter, to have reasonable timbers of her pt.
      Further desire Henry Quine make over the land I sold Robert Constable.
