      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we WILLIAM GRAY & THOMAS HAWKINS are held and firmly bound unto SALVATOR MUSCOE, WM. BROOKE, THOMAS STHRESHLY JUNIOR & RICHARD TYLER JUNR. Gent Justices of the County of Essex in the sum of one hundred pounds Sterling this xvith day of November MDCCXXX I
      The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound William Gray Admr. of all the goods, chattels & credits of THOMAS MILES decd do make or cause to be made a true & perfect inventory of all the goods chattels & credits of the said decd the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhited in the County Court of Essex at such time as he shall be thereunto requested by the sd Court & further do make a just and true account of his actings and doings therein when thereunto required by the sd Court and all the rest and residue of the sd goods, chattels & credits which shall be found remaining upon the Admrs. account the same being first examined & allowed of by the justices of the Court for the time being shall deliver up & pay unto such person or persons as the said Justices by their order or judgment shall direct pursuant to the laws in that case made & provided and if it shall hereafter appear that any last will and Testament was made by the sd decd and the Exr. or Exx. therein named do exhibit the same unto the sd Court makeing request to have it allowed and approved accordingly if the said William being thereunto required do render and deliver up his Admon approbation of such Testament being first had & made in the said Court Then this Obligation to be void .

ROBERT BROOKE of the County aforesd to appraise the Estate of THOMAS MILES decd wee do appraise the same & Inventory it as follows as Vizt. .. items listed but without any value assigned .. which inventory includes one bed and the covering; his waring apparel; one looking glass; 3 old plates a parcel of spoons; one old Tinn flower box; a pair of mens shoes. one felt hat, one old prayer book and some wool ... made by appraisers JOSEPH LEEMAN
