KNOW ALL MEN that I JOHN SUGGET of the County of Rappa. in Virga. Planter for good causes give unto WILLIAM DANIELL Son of HUGH DANIELL of the same County one Cow Calfe marked as followeth on the right ear a crop & peice taken out (missing) the top of the ear coulered black with a little white under her belly &a white Tipp on the Taile the sd WILLIAM DANIELL to have & hold the sd Cow Calfe with her Increase male & female for ever without the molestation trouble or denyall of me the sd JOHN SUGGIT my heirs or any persons whatsoever & moreover if the said WILLIAM DANIELL should die before he comes to age that then the Cow Calfe with her increase shall fall into the hands of the next of kin belonging to the sd WILLIAM DANIELL & furthermore that the sd HUGH DANIELL Father of the sd WILLIAM DANIELL shall peacfully keep all & every the premises untill his sd Son cometh of full age then to be possessed withall & every part thereof for the true performance I the sd JOHN SUGGET have set my hand & seal this five and twentieth day of October 1664

KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I RICHARD HINES of the County of Rappa do by these presents give unto WILLIAM DANIEL to him or his heirs for ever one brown Cow marked with a slit down the left ear & two slits under the right ear with a brown Cow Calf of the same mark which Catle I give with their femalt increase & do bind my self to look carefully after the sd Catle with their Increase aforesaid untill the said WILLIAM DANIEL comes to age & then to deliver them with an account of their increase but if in case the said WILLM. DANIEL should die before he comes to age the Catle with their increase as afd. to go unto his Mother & whom she pleases to give them to but if in case the sd WILLM: DANIEL live after he comes to be Sixteen years of age the male increase of the afd. Catle to come unto him as well as the female. In Witness of the truth I have hereunto set my hand & Seal the 4th of Septbr: 1665 & is to be recorded the next Court in Rappa: County

BEE IT KNOWNE unto all men by these presents that I ROBERT BAYLY [Bayliss] SENIOR of the County of Rappa. and Pish of Farnham doe for divers good cause and consideracons me thereunto moveing give bargain and make over unto WM. DANIELL Sonne of HUGH DANIELL of the abovesaid County and Parish aforesaid the moiety or one halfe part of Divident or Tract of land part of wch said land was purchased by me the said BAYLIE of one RICHARD PEACOCK the other part by Right of Survivor the said Land not being devided now belonging to me the said ROBERT BAYLY the said halfe part by these presents given and granted being part thereon laid out mrked devided by JAMES TUNE and ROBERT BEDWELL and according wch line of marked trees and so runing down & over the main branch to the bottom of a Fork belonging to this land. To Have and to hold the said land by these prsents given to him the said WILLIAM DANIELL Sone of the said HUGH DANIELL deceased and to the heirs of his body lawfully begotten forever and to MARY HINDS Mother of the said WILLIAM DANIELL to have the use thereof during her natural life not any wise hindring the said WILLIAM DANIELL from seating thereof and if the said WILLIAM DANIELL shall happen to die without any such heirs of his body lawfully begotten as abovesaid that then after the death of the said MARY HINDS Mother of the said WILLIAM DANIELL the land by these prsents given and granted to Return to the said ROBERT BAYLEY and his heirs forever as before the grant heer of and the said ROBERT BAYLY doe by these prsents oblige myselfe my heirs that the said WILLIAM DANIELL his heirs as abovesaid together wth his said Mother have hold use occupy and enjoy the prmises In confirmacon hereof I have set. my hand & seale this 4th of November 1671 signum

KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I ROBERT BAYLIE SENIOR of the County of Rappa
and Pish of Farnham doe constitute and appoint my Friend THOMAS FRESHWATER my true and lawfull Attorney to acknowledge a Deed of Writing concerneing land by me made over to one WILLIAM DANIELL of the same County and Parish at the County Court abovesaid next held the said Deed of Writing bearing date wth these prsents and what my said Attorney shall doe in the premises I doe hereby Rattify and confirme to be as authentick as if I my selfe hereby then and there prsent to act and doe the same as
