      Indenture made January 14, 1773; Henry Rozer, Daniel Carroll and Notley Young, Gentleman, trustees of Charles Carroll, Esqr. for the purpose of erecting a Town called Carrollsburgh on Potomack River in consideration of 24 pounds sterling money paid by Stephen Moylan, merchant of Philadelphia has sold "Lot Number 66", "Lot Number 76", "Lot Number 112" and "Lot Number 116" which he drew in a lottery.
