      1784-1785 Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records Liber FF 2 [Abstract by Mike Marshall]; Page 381. At the request of John Hoof [sic Hoff] the following Deed was recorded August 27, 1785
      Indenture made May 20, 1785; Conrad Doll of Frederick County, Maryland in consideration of 2 pounds 10 shillings current money of Maryland paid by John Hoof of Rockingham County, Virginia has sold half of "Lot Number 68" lying in the Town of Hamburgh, 80 feet front on Arch Street and 115 feet on Fifth Street, and subject to a yearly quit rent of one fourth of a penny sterling for the half lot from September 29th next to Jacob Funck. Signed Conrad Doll in the presence of and acknowledged before George Scott, Jacob Young (JP's of Frederick County, Maryland) and at the same time Mary Doll w/o Conrad Doll relinquished her right of dower
