      Indenture made November 2, 1749; Jerome Plummer of Anne Arundel County, planter in consideration of 150 pounds Sterling money of Great Britain paid by Abraham Jones has sold a tract called "Seamans Delight" containing 150 acres (1/2 acre excepted where Jerome Plummer's father and mother lies interred as a graveyard) lying on the west side of the northern branch of Patuxent River and bounded by "Moores Plains", "Scott's Lot", "Swanson's Lot" and"Strife". Signed Yates Plummer in the presence of John Hepburn, Yates Plummer and acknowledged before John Hepburn will and and at the same time came Mary Plummer wife of Jerome Plummer and relinquished her right of dower

      Indenture made March 28, 1760; Thomas Philpot of the City of London, merchant in consideration of 100 pounds sterling paid by Abraham Jones of PGCo has sold part of a tract called "Majors Lott" containing 206 acres and beginning on the west side of Collington Branch and bounded by William Brashears land and Samuel Pottenger's land. To warrant and defend from all manner of persons having any claim and also procure or cause Sarah Lamar, widow and relict of John Lamar, Jr., to exonerate and release her right of dower in said land. And lastly appoint Jonathan Slater of Calvert County, Maryland his true and lawful attorney to acknowledge this presents.
