Fellenders Delight, bounded by a tract of land called Shadrick, containing about 133 ¼ acres. Also one other tract of land called Shadricks Delight, lying in M, and contiguous to the sd tract called Fellenders Delight, at the SE side of a small branch that runs into Broad Run, containing about 50 acres. Signed - Joseph (1 his mark) Locker. Wit - AEns Campbell*, Cha Hungerford*. Lucey, the wife of the sd Joseph Locker, relinquished her right of dower to the within mentioned lands.
