1308-1309. John Baker recorded bond 18 June 1767, I Ignatius Baker son of Nicholas Baker of FC,
am bound for £100 sterling to be paid to John Baker or his certain attorney, the condition ofthe above
obligation is that Ignatius Baker, shall make over unto John Baker at any time hereafter a good deed
for a tract of land called Tobacco, in FC, standing on the south side of Rock Creek, containing 19 acres. Signed Igns Baker before Nath'l Waters, Rachel Baker.
