Sick & weak.
To my dau. Mary Adams 136 a. of land in Tarapin forest whereon she dwells being part of a tract formerly Leonard Hornsbays. Also 70 a. on Back Crk in Frederick Co. which is granted to me from the Lord Proprietor of the Northern Neck.
To my son Charles Adams my right, title etc. in 2 pieces of land on the Ohio which I purchased from Peter Boomer & William Easteby two Soldiers in the Virginia Regiment at the Battle of the Meadows under colo Washington in 1754.
To my dau. Elizabeth Cook a lot in the Town of Dumfries on main St. opposite the lot whereon I now dwell except 27 feet in breadth & the full depth on the cross Street facing Collo Henry Lee's Lots.
To my dau. Sarah Langford 136 a. in Tarapin forest, the other half of the tract which was colo Leonard Hornsbay's
To my Wife Kesiah Folsom the use of all my estate, both Lands & other, except what is already devised, her choice to sell or dispose of any or all except one negro girl named Amy & the money arising for wifes sole use. She is to pay or leave to my two daus Rachel & Amelia at her death £80 each. Any residue after her death to be divided between my five (sic) children.
