      Augt. 4, 1766. John Benger of Spts. Co., son and heir of Elliott Benger, Esqr., Decd., and Benjamin Johnston of sd. Co. to Gabriel Johnston of sd. Co., son of the sd. Benja. Johnston, etc. Whereas, sd. Benger in right of his father is possessed of a lot of Land in the town of Fredksbg. and whereas sd. Benger did give po. of atto. to sd. Benja. Johnston, as by indenture, Oetr. 24, 1764, and the sd. Benger having sold to the sd. Gabriel Johnston, for £15 curr., the sd. lot, the sd. Benger being willing to ratify and confirm the same unto the sd. Gabriel with the consent of the sd. Benja. as under the aforementioned Indenture; witnesseth, the sd. Benger and Johnston convey to the sd. Gabriel Johnston Lot No. 8 in town of Fredksbg. Witnesses, W. Wood, James Crane, J. Lewis. Augt. 4, 1766.
