      THIS INDENTURE QUADRIPARTITE made the first day of June 1772 Between TUNSTALL BANKS of County of KING & QUEEN, JAMES BANKS of County of ESSEX and GEORGE BANKS Marinor of the one part and MICHAEL WOOTS of County of Culpeper Witnesseth that said Tunstall Banks, James Banks & George Banks for sum of One hundred and thirty pounds have sold unto the said Michael Woots all that tract of land which was taken up by WILLIAM BANKS for RALPH BANKS his Father being in the County of Culpeper and adjoining the lands of JOSEPH TOWLES containing according to the old Established bounds Four hundred acres of land . . .
