Son Richard Smith-all my wearing cloaths both linnen and woolen! and my newest chest.
Daughter Eliza Dameron-five shillings.
Rest of my personal estate whatsoever to be equally divided between my son Richard Smith and my daughter Anne Smith.

Wife Ann-the plantation I now live on as far as the deep branch, and up the said deep branch where the bridge is made over, westwardly to its utmost bounds during her natural life, use of two negroes Jack and Tom during her natural life, and. I give her the choice of my riding beast and her side saddle, bridle, two small trunks, and a sugar box.
To John Corbell, son of Winnefred Leach dec'd-a negro man named Sam. He is to have all my lands I now possess and the land given to my wife at her decease, and he also to have the negroes given to her at her decease, to him and the heirs lawfully begotten of his body, and if he should die without, heir lawfully begotten of his body, the lands I give to my sister Elizabeth Dameron's eldest son that is alive at that time. I also give the said John Corbell all my wearing cloaths.
Rest of my personal estate to be equally divided between my wife and John Corbell, and they to be my executors.
