      To wife Elizabeth and my daughter Nancy - all my negroes I had by my wife to be divided equally between them when daughter Nancy arrives to the age of eighteen or marriage. if daughter Nancy should die before then, the negroes to go to my wife Elizabeth and her heirs.
      Wife to have use of my negro man Isaac during her natural life then to daughter Nancy, if daughter Nancy should die before the age of eighteen or marriage, negro Isaac: to go to my brother Thomas Dameron.
      To my brother Bartholomew Dameron-my part of negroes that belonged to me out of my fathers estate, also my gray horse in lieu of the tobacco due me by my fathers will
      To brother in law Thos. Waddy-my saddle and bridle.
      To wife Elizabeth and daughter Nancy-all my estate not before given, to be equally divided between them when my daughter arrives to the age of eighteen or day of marriage.
