Will of William Daniel in the County of Middx. and parish of Christ Church, being sick and weak, dated 16 Aug. 1723. To my son James Daniel all my land lying on the Bryary Swamp containing 150 acres with two plantations thereon. To my son James Daniel one Negro man Jack and one brandy still and worme and tub as likewise one table and carpett, one mare colt, one small ovall table. Unto my eldest daughter Jeane one Negro girl Nan, one small oval table. To my youngest daughter Constant Daniel one young Negro girle Kate, one new feather bed tick. To my three child James Daniell, Jane Daniel and Constant Daniel one Negro wench Judy equally. My whole estate may be kept upon my said plantation to be lookt after for the maintenance of my three children. My loveing cousin Robert Daniel executor. He shall have the management of James Daniel and Constant Daniel till they shall come to age and the other to be with Mr. Daniel till she shall come to the age of 18 years.
