      Brother James Burberry-one hundred acres of land at the furthermost part of my land towards the plantation of John Taylor(dec'd) the same being formerly designed for him by my father Thomas Burbery(dec'd), to him and his heirs.
      Wife Elizabeth Burbery-one half of the residue of my land during her natural life, and the other half to my three daughters Ann, Elizabeth, and Mary Burberry.
      At my wlfes death, the whole to be equally divided between my said three daughters and their heirsĀ°
      Rest of my estate-to be equally divided between my wife and three daughters.

      To Mallecky [Malachi] Burbury-my house and plantation, my best bed, pistols and furniture, to him and his heirs, and if he should die without heirs, Thomas Taylor son of Moses Taylor shall have his moveable estate.
      To Isaac Taylor-half of my moveable estate after my legacies are paid, and if he should die without heir, John Taylor son of Moses Taylor should have his part of my estate.
      Sister Mary Taylor-six hundred and sixty pounds of tobacco.
      Brother Moses Taylor-what molasses I have.
      To friend [ ] Lunsford-a suit of cloaths of grey drugget.
      To Mallecky Burbury-all the rest of my estate.
