894. Whereas JOHN LYNDSEY Servant to JOHN HAWKIN did come into this Court and did acknowledge his free and voluntary willingness to serve John Hawkin for the Space of six years from the date of this order for that John Hawkin had bought him from WILLIAM CLARKSON his Master in Maryland and had redeemed him from the penalty of Law that he was to have suffered for absenting himself out of his Masters service in Maryland Therefore tis ordered that John Lyndsey shall serve John Hawkin his said Master the full Term and Time of six years as aforesaid.
