      2) a 204 acre tract being part of "Ryleys Lott" as formerly granted to HEW RYLEY, formerly in Calvert County, but now in P. G. County, on the north side of Collington Branch being bounded by a part of this tract belonging to THOMAS PINGLE, by land of ROBERT TYLER, by Collington Branch, by land surveyed for one JOHN LEWELLIN, and by "Concord."
