      P, 53 In Name of God I SUSANNAH WALLER of South farnham Parish County of Essex being in good health of sound mind make my Last Will & Testament Imprimis I do desire my Debts & funeral expenses be first paid. Item I give unto my Daughter HANNAH WEBB all my wearing apparrell &. unto my son CHAS. WALLER & my daughter SARAH HILL I give each of them five shillings and unto my Son EDWARD WALLER all the rest of my Estate and I appoint my son Edward to be my Executor revoking all other wills this 23d November 1747.

Farm. Par., Essex Co., sells Edward Waller of the Par. of Stratton Major in the County of King and Queen, 200 acres, being part of 400 acres, which belonged to Charles Waller, which he purchased of Mr. William Upshaw, it being part of a patent that belonged to Harry Beverley, lying in Essex County, on N. side of Hoskins Swamp, adj. Thrashleys Line near his plantation there.

      Will of Charles Waller of the Parish of Southfarnham in the County of Essex, being sick and weake, dated 27 Oct. 1724.
      To my son Charles Waller the one half of my land in Staford County on Aquia Creek.
      The other half of the said land to my son Edward Waller.
      If either dies without a male heir his part to fall to my son William Waller, in case my son William Waller will pay his other brother living half the worth of my land in Essex County.
      To my son William Waller all my land in Essex County to him and his lawful heirs and for want of such to fall to my son Charles paying his brother-Edward half the worth of it.
      To my two daughters Hanah Waller and Sarah Waller twenty pounds current money apiece.
      The remainder equally devided between my loving wife Susanna Waller and all my children.
