      KNOW ALL MEN by these prsents that I WILLIAM LOYD for and in consideracon 24 lb (or 2/4(?) in money reced from Capt., BEACH and being a Legacy given by WILLIAM WILLIAMSON unto the Orphants of Colo, MOORE FANTLEROY that is to say to WILLIAM MOORE [FANTLEROY] and ELIZABETH FANTLEROY and the sd Legacy to be laid out in Cow Calves for wch consideration aforesaid I the sd WM. LOYD doe hereby give grant bargain sell and confirme unto the aforesaid Orphants three Cow Calves marked with a cropp and Mitt on the Right eare To Have and To Hold the aforesaid three Cow Calves unto the aforesaid Orphants and to their heirs for Ever with all there and every of there increase with warranty from the clayme of any pson or psons whatsoever.       THIS INDENTURE made third day of July One thousand six hundred Eighty & Foyer Between ELIZABETH FANTLEROY of the one part and EDWARD JONES, Bricklare, of the other party Witnesseth that the said ELIZABETH FANTLEROY for and in consideration of Seaven thousand pounds of Tobacco & cask in hand paid and secured to be paid have granted unto the aforesaid EDWARD JONES his heirs and assignes all that parcell of land conteyning One hundred Ninty five and one quarter acres of land lying on a Branch of HERRING CREEK bounding as followeth upon the land of REES WILLIAMS and WILLIAM SMITH begining at a Hickory in the said WILLIAMS his line where Capt. BEALEs line intercepts and runing thence E: to a Stake by a white Oake, thence S. to a Maple in the Swamp of HERRING CREEK which devides said JONES's land from WILLIAM SMITHs land, thence down along ye Swamp being in a strate line to a red Oake corner tree of the said WILLIAMS, and thence along said WILLIAMS his line to the place it begann, The aforesaid One hundred ninety five & one quarter acres of land being part of a greater quantity of Fower thousand Fifty foyer acres as by Pattent more at large may appeare and formerly belonging to WILLIAM FANTLEROY being Lawfull heire at Law and by Gift came to the aforesaid ELIZABETH FANTLEROY and the said land is now being the proper right of the said ELIZABETH FANTLEROY with all woods waters belonging Togeather with their appurtenances unto the aforesaid EDWARD JONES in as ample manner as the sd land is granted to the aforesaid ELIZABETH FANTLEROY with warranty from the claime of me my heirs or persons clayming any right from me In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale the day & yeare first above written
