Mary Russell, by her petition to this Court, sets forth that Benja: Jenkins, some time since, came to her house and there, happened to have a fit of sickness, that she took care of him, and after his recovery, he bound himself as a servant to her for 2 years, that in Sep last sd Jenkins was taken from her by Mr. Conner of Virginia, to whom he appeared to be a servant; that, notwithstanding which, sd Jenkins is returned as a taxable belonging to the petitioner, and she prays he may be struck out of the list of taxables, which is ordered to be done accordingly.
