      Wife Molley the use of all my Estate during her natural life; after her death to be divided amongst my seven children (Nancy, Salley, William, Judath, Betsey, James Morris, and Polley Kerk - all with last name Swain) and their heirs forever.
      To son John Swain one shilling sterling more than what he has already rec’d and no more.
      To daughter Tomzey Brown one shilling sterling more (etc.).
      To son William Swain my bay mare colt to him & his heirs forever.
      I appoint my friend Lewis Lunsford, my son John Swain, and my beloved wife Molley executors, revoking all other will or wills by me made, this being my last Will and Testament.
