      THIS INDENTURE made ye 12th day of May 1695 Betweene JOHN NASH and MARY his Wife of the County of Middlesex of the one part and GEORGE DUFF of the same County of the other part Wittnesseth that the said John Nash and Mary his Wife for the some of Three thousand pounds of Sweet rented Tobacco and Cask path granted unto ye said George Duff Sixty acres of land in a certaine Neck adjoyneing upon ye land of RICHARD ALLEN, begining at a white oake in ye line of said Allen, standing on ye side of a branch which leads into Esqr. ROBINSONS MILL DAM in and from thence downe ye Runn untill it comes to ye mouth of a branch on ye bank side of said Nash's Plantation near ye KINGS ROAD thence up ye Runn across to Richard Aliens line and downe alongst said line to the beginning place said Sixty acres of land to lye as
      square as may be

      Then personally appeared Jno. Nash in open Court acknowledged lthe within Deed to be his Act & Deed; Mary Nash Wife of the said John Nash came into Court & being first privately examined doth in open Court publickly acknowled. the within Deed to be her act & deed & doth clearly relinquish all right of Dower or thirds to the land mentioned
